If you sign in by email, we process your email address, display name, one-time sign-in tokens, account activity, saved resource IDs, submissions, ownership claims, and update requests. If you use Discord sign-in, Discord may also provide your verified email address, username, avatar, and Discord user ID. We use this information to provide the account, review contributions, prevent misuse, and keep approved website and Discord resource details consistent.

We do not sell personal data. Account and submission information is retained while needed to operate the service, resolve moderation or security issues, and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
